Thomas Dwyer founded White Horse to offer clients the advantages of his exceptional appreciation and knowledge of business cultures in both the US and throughout Asia as well as his numerous global business contacts. Mr. Dwyer has been focused on international business between Asia and the US for more than twenty-five years and resided in Asia for a decade.
Prior to founding White Horse, he was President of Azure Space Incorporated – a multi-national organization chartered to facilitate the export of high-tech Asian aerospace products. Mr. Dwyer was the Chief Representative and Vice President, Business Development for Lockheed Martin in Beijing, responsible for opening the Corporation’s initial Representative Office in China while leading Lockheed Martin’s activities in China and the surrounding region.
He was Vice-Chairman of the Board for a highly-successful Sino-US joint venture that was recognized by Deloitte as one of Asia’s top high-tech enterprises. He was also responsible for business development in Asia for Lockheed Martin's largest business sector and has had numerous other executive-level positions with Lockheed Martin, Martin Marietta and GE focusing on new and existing business initiatives throughout Asia.
Mr. Dwyer has experience both importing, exporting and distributing products throughout Asia and the US. The cumulative business increases that he was responsible for in China, India, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Mongolia, and Australia exceed $1B.
Mr. Dwyer resides in the New York area, and has a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He attended language school at the Beijing Language & Culture University while residing in Beijing.
